Custom made for the male performer, what has to be called the "Hands On Butt" Corduroy Wide Legged Bellbottoms. Seen something - similar - in woman's attire in a movie back then, but do not recall this for men. Albeit Rod Stewart would have worn these. Hand cut and stitched appliques on front legs and backside. Interesting how a conservative fabric like beige Corduroy got psychedelicized.
