    This is my oldest Meccano set, by the logo, the box and the parts colors, it was produced from 1926 to 1933, there are extra parts stored in the box from the same range, but probably belonged from smaller sets.

      Nice set. It's mazing how The Erector Sets ripped them off, get sued and still went on to make millions of dollars. But it's the same story with Lego, Atari, cabbage patch and others..

      Thank you Dav2no1, true story, i never saw those Erector sets here in Europe, only in pictures or tv shows, but they seem to be identical to the Meccano ones.
