      The ribbon portion is typical of late 19th/ early 20th century. There were hundreds of societies and fraternal organizations that had these type ribbons and drops made to celebrate gatherings and events.

      The snake drop looks to be later.

      A photograph of the back may reveal if they originally came together or are a later "marriage".
