Ninth plate tintype of a little girl holding her doll.
There is great detail to the image-- someone can probably identify the type of doll.
The image is identified and looks to date from the late Civil War.

Great tintype Scott!! Such a somber look on this little girl's face. Beautifully cased photo.
Thanks for looking and commenting, scott!

Thanks official and racer.

she was so sad. She looks dressed and the hair as a Spanish girl
Thanks kiva. Her dress and hair style are fairly typical for 1850s/ 60s in the US as well.
