Dugan Twig Bud Vase with Silver Overlay

This twig vase dates most likely to anywhere from the 1910's up to 1930. Based on information I found on line, these vases are rather easy to find because of the large number produced. The only thing that makes mine a bit different is the silver overlay. I could not find one like mine anywhere. I am thinking that the overlay may have been applied as a special order or by another company at a later time. Any thoughts about that?

I found this site with an ad from Butler Brothers for "Beauty Bud Vases" (1916).
