    I believe that this is oak, but not positive. but it is BEAUTIFULLY carved! maybe for a church? maybe not too old, but still wonderful to me.

    Italian maybe? or French?

      forgot to mention - this is 9 inches tall and 5 inches wide.

      She's beautiful!! I doubt that this is oak, as oak is such a hard wood to carve. Could be olive wood.
