Just over 6 1/2 Tall
Heavy little piece-2.8 lbs
Clear
Cobalt Blue
Green
Partial sticker on bottom
some surface scratches but couldn't pass it up.
was researching glass online and came across "Skrdlovice/Beranek" and there is pieces like this designed by Ladislav Oliva.

If only you guy's could have seen how dirty all this glass was!!!
There is still something inside this piece but not able to get out....will have to get one of those sponge baby bottle cleaners.

One of the best sources for postwar Czech glass would be the ceskoslovenske sklo website (www.cs-sklo.cz) where you have access to czech design and glass magazines from the 1940s onwards, maker catalogues, designer information, photos, etc. It is a wealth of information if you have patience, time and passion.

No glass purchased but did find some costume jewelry ;) as if I need more jewelry. Not at the "Secret Shop" though...went to NC to a little "Pop Shop" owned by a very nice man and purchased the costume jewelry. $1.00 per item so I couldn't go wrong ;)
