I have amassed several hundred plates from various decades. Estate, yard, garage sales and thrift store finds. A few were gifted to me.

Plates are such a great thing to collect. They can be cheap or expensive, but always interesting. You have a great range here!
My dinner setting consists of totally mismatched plates, so we are entertained as we eat.
I love to do the mismatched dinner plates too! You're very right that it adds interest to the meal!
