My mom has held onto this box for ever, I have never hear of thid cartoon? Is it a cartoon? Does anyone know an age on this? A Value on it? Or what it may be , a cartoon?

its a cartoon from 1964 the only thing i can find is on ebay and its only going for 4.99 right now sure value is higher than that...still nice vintage peice
