Unknown Vase - Recent Import?

I really need your help on this one: I remembered seeing this pattern somewhere some time ago. I just don't remember where. I have a feeling that this vase is a recent import from Asia. I checked for at least an hour, without any success. I was thinking Pier 1 Importers?

If I am right and the vase is a recent import, it will get donated right back where it came from:)
