I am not too sure about this vase. It looks like Czech Spatter Glass Vases of the 1930's. Too bad I cannot tell for sure because I have no experience in this area. If the vase does not date to this time, it is certainly based on the same style.
The vase is in excellent condition. The inside of the vase has a layer of spatter glass and the outside is a layer of clear glass.
Your opinion would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks for looking:)
Your beautiful vase was advertised in The Butler Brothers Catalog, October 1930.
Loot to the glassware grouping to the upper right of this catalog page.

charcoal is right on, also in the Bohemian Glass 1915-45 Robert & Deborah Truitt book VolII in page #49 top, 2 vase in the picture, same as your's but different spatter color.
Description in the book; Vases, Multicolored glass with Blue hot glass wingdings. 1930s, 12"
These come in several colourways and three, possibly four, sizes. The attribution is in doubt.....
Cool, I have a similar one on here

Charcoal, you did it again! Thanks for solving my mystery!
Alan2320, thanks so much, too. I am always keeping my eyes open for any books or catalogues on jewelry, glass, and porcelain but I have so far only a few. I find them either very expensive or hard to come by. It is, in my opinion, very unreliable to try to identify an item only based on an image seen on line, especially because I am not an experienced collector. For that reason I also appreciate so much the help of collectors like you, charcoal, and many others here on CW! Many Thanks. Gudrun
Sklo42, Many thanks for your comment, too! I really appreciate it:)
