Super excited that I stumbled across this chenille ragdoll on eBay. (Sunglasses to show scale) She appears to be the sister to one that is currently featured at a haunted museum in Nebraska. (Last photo) I was hoping one of the resident doll experts could give me more info. I know she's not valuable and probably made from a kit, but these are the only 2 I've ever seen with the chenille bodies and molded cloth faces. Anyone know when these would have been popular? Thanks for looking!
Cloth mask face doll dates about 1940's . I have seen others like her :-) She would have been safe for a young child no hard parts . I also think they are factory and and maybe carnival prizes .

Thanks, Manikin! I knew you'd be able to answer my questions! I think she deserves a spot on the shelf even if she isn't haunted. ;-)
Your welcome and no she is not haunted no doll is :-)
