These cars are on display along with around fifty other old cars at the Simone Museum in Philadelphia. I don't know the makes or years. They all run and once a month they highlight a car and drive it around the parking lot for visitors.
These are all fantastic!! I especially like pic #2 and #3
Thanks J and Mike.
Fine cars there. Those long hoods are probably hiding an impressive motor.
First car is a 1938 Peugeot 402 Darl'mat Racer
Second car is a 1938 Jaguar 3.5 Litre SS100
Third car is a Bentley 4.5 Litre Supercharged Tourer by Vanden Plas
All beyond what I have in my wallet :)
Thanks for looking and thank you for posting the car identities, Buckethead. I was at the museum with my four grandchildren and I took some good pics, but didn't get to read the car descriptions.
You are very welcome RonM. I know how it can be bringing kids to a museum.... :) You were able to take some very good pics of the cars....thanks for sharing!
