Unusual old vase needs identification

I purchased this vase recently - I was told it was very old. I am hoping someone may be able to help me indentify the maker or factory who made it. The detail on the birds is very fine and it has oak? Leaves going up the vase/ trunk. Glaze is shiny blue/ green.
