Vintage aquarium bubbler

Vintage aquarium bubbler decoration depicting a hard-hat diver trying to pry open a treasure chest. Despite having been used in an actual aquarium (shows some slight signs of use), the colors are bright and the finish is still shiny. I have only seen one other bubbler like it and that one was missing the lid of the treasure chest. There are no marks to indicate where it was manufactured but I assume that it was made in Japan.
