This is an 50's era Philco. It didn't have its paper label, so I don't know the year or model number. It was fun to listen to baseball on it until it blew a capacitor. I knew could happen and it was dramatic, but I wouldn't recommend it. If anyone knows how to find a model number, I'd love to know. I opened it up and there are no numbers inside.

Model H834 looks like yours. Side view would help.

You nailed it pw-collector! I see why a better angle would help now that I have finished 2 hours worth of Philco radio rabbit holing. I did come across a few sites where I can get the schematics, which I will save for a rainy day. Also saw a pink and black model (which I find to be a really bad combination) on ebay and got a screen shot of the missing label. Thanks for your input!
