Original 1960's psychedelic hippie crochet purse purchased from it's creator - a nice lady living in Newburyport, MA who described it like this: "It was all about being colorful in the 60s.... and a soft, hand-crocheted purse like this was perfect with everything. I made several for friends back then and just found this last one in a trunk"... Found in a trunk, out of daylight and dust - love the condition. I also love the wild color, denim interior, wooden button and the fluidity of the pattern. Wonderful period example of "hippie folk art".
