      Hi,
      Welcome to CW!

Could you look everywhere for markings, and take as clear a pic as you can? Do you know if this is English silver - or do you know what country it was made in?

Is there a mark next to where it says Sterling? There also seems to be a mark on the inside of the smaller metal piece inside that opens. (Sorry, hopeless at explaining details.)
