Y and E Two Hole Paper Punch

I found this gem at a nearby antique store. It was so dirty that I thought the color was black when I purchased it. The mechanism didn't move and the catch-plate was forced on incorrectly - it was a mess. I'd seen this there for quite some time but for some reason this time I picked it up and decided to buy it. When I got home I cleaned her up and did some light maintenance and this is what I ended up with. I haven't done much research but the style and painted designs tell me this is early 20th century - maybe 1920's vintage. Oh, and it works beautifully too :)
