I rescued this from a metal scrapper that was heading to the scrap yard yesterday.
He said he was cleaning up a old persons shop. got it a for $1.00 It was used to scoop up garden seeds when you bought seeds in bulk. Sometimes they
came in wooden barrels. That was the good old days.
