Aside from being a victorian style celery vase I am 100% lost on this pattern! Just too strange to leave alone.
8 1/2" tall and 4" flared opening, wafer stem and 3 7/8" round foot. This is a 3 piece pressed round with the upper joined separately, and the 3 panels each seem to show the same round fan with a ship and a sun/eye with rays. Bamboo shoots edge each seam and there is a very light angular edge along the upper join.
Unfortunately, the mold used for this lovely was probably in very poor condition, and alot of the finer details are hard to make out. If anyone has a clue where this was produced I would love to know! Possibly European... Essentially "far east" themed, so I'm doubtful it's from the states!
