Dina Glass is quite uncommon around here, and all of the Dina I have seen has been this sort of kitchenalia.
The glass is mouth blown and moulded, with a fire finished rim on the base and lid. The parallel jar here has a noticeable lean to the finial on the lid, which I quite like, considering the hand made nature of the glass.
It certainly isn't glass of large production numbers.
I haven't identified the works behind Dina Glass, and the blue shown here is a shade I am not familiar with in relation to my other Japanese glass.
I believe it was made post war, but probably no later than 1970, looking at the style and label.
I love them all, especially the blue.
Beautiful jars in artful display - the deep red are my favorite, but look great contrasting w/ the light blue
These are great Karen and the blue is my favourite too!
Beautiful jars, great colors and fantastic shapes! Absolutely LOVE them.
Beautiful glass! I'm learning so much about Japanese glass! These would be nice in a powder room with soaps or cotton balls in them.
Thanks for the love and comments everyone.
