I found a William Zemliak had registered as owner in 1925, but city directories tell me the business was in operation from about 1920 to the mid 1940's or so. William had four sons(Samuel, Harry, Michael & Joseph) who helped in the operation at one time or another. William died at the age of 76 in 1940.

pic # 1 shows a pair of 1926 bottles, a 6 or 7 oz. and a quart size 'Tiger Brand" soda.
pic # 2 shows a 6 or 7 oz. 1929 and a 23 oz. 1930 "Zemlicks Nu Pop" soda.
Notice the bottle says Zemlick's NuPop and the owners name is Zemliak, so I am not sure if this was intentional or a mistake.
