What is the round item? The piece with the name on it looks like a part of a cork screw. I looked at alot of them by this company and while close could not find an exact match. The seem to be collectable.

The round item is a £1 coin just to show the size of it. Ah ok thankyou, the only info we could find was that they made cork screws but couldn't find anything else!shall try finding one that this could be part of

To me it looks as it fits in and around the neck of a wine bottle then a napkin or other cloth was hung over the curve end. Crazy I know.
