    Good Evening Everyone.
    I already have few of those Filigree costume Jewellery piece, Brooch and Pendant, this one is look like made in Brass or bronze, filigree piece are very complex and well made, this one is not an exception, absolutely gorgeous, no mark under.

    This pendant is 2.50 inches by 2 inches

      Alan, be sure to get ALL that green gunk off the metal. It is verdigris and it will destroy the brooch as it is very corrosive. Use white vinegar and a couple of drop of dish soap. Gently clean with a soft baby's toothbrush.
