    I found very little information about the year of this item.
    I think it may be a trinket dish.
    It is pretty heavy for being so small( 3.5" - 4"), so I think it is bronze.
    It has the PMC Mark with a 17 under it...I don't know what the 17 is.
    I would love to know more about it.
