Agate [?] Trinket Dish

I think that this is some kind of agate. it's 7 inches long and two inches high. i assume a trinket dish. it's very pretty i think. i've been finding and collecting lots of nice stone pieces like this lately. i really love the black marble vase i found recently too. i think this is mcm.
