1960s RWB Composition Figural American Flag Hand making the Peace Sign Still Bank

Vintage late 60s - early 70s and uncommon RWB Papier Mache aka Composition Figural American Flag Hand making the Peace Sign Still Bank made in Japan for the American Market. 6 1/4" tall, 3 3/4" wide, 2 1/2" deep. The human hand giving the peace sign has raised stars molded into the two raised fingers, painted in patriotic red, white and blue. A period Counter Culture image I see regularly - but in decals, cloth patches and such. The first 3-D representation I have found and acquired. Removable rubber plug or cover in the hole on the bottom to remove coins. The base is stamped JAPAN.
