    Can someone tell me which language it is? Chinese, japonease, korean...? Also which date it might be. I found it in an auction.

      It's Chinese and looks from early 20th c.. It attempts at an optical trick. . . find a cylindrical prism and put it on the circle. The distorted image should be corrected in the prism.
