I think this is a Bernard Instone scarf ring, but I might be wrong and the reason being is the silver acorns, I have a drop pendant that I’ll post in my comments which has the same acorns, so maybe I could attribute the pendant also to Bernard Instone. I have seen a similar scarf ring which was attributed to Bernard Instone. The large Cornelian stone as a wonderful glow when the sun hits it, it’s so well made. They certainly knew how to dress back in the day.
Many thanks for looking

This is the pendant, looking at it it does have the berries and the acorns are very similar.
Awww, thank you Ken. It’s been sometime since I’ve been on CW I seem to be doing other things, but it’s nice to be back.

More or less the same scarf ring except a Topaz instead of a Cornelian
I believe those acorns are Instone.
Hi Jewels1900, I hope your well and your family is thriving. I’m now back in Spain but travelling soon to Mexico, meeting up with some friends. One question, do you think that the link above with the pink drop, would you say the silver detail meaning acorn and berries are similar to this scarf ring.
Lovely piece!
I would have to put that on a chain Jean. It's too good to not wear.
I am well thanks Jean. I hope you & your family are well. Yes, I would say same. I recently saw a pendant that was very very Instone like & it had these acorns.
Hi Karen, that could be a plan threading a silver chain through, I could wear it as a pendant. In summer I do wear small silk scarfs and it looks good so it can have a duel multi purpose use. I hope your well, thanks for your comment.
Oh that’s good to know Jewels1900. I know he did use pink glass in his jewellery so I’m edging towards the large drop in my link above could be Bernard Instone. I’m well looking forward to the birth of my first grand child, I can’t believe I’m going to be a grandma for the first time, were as all the time gone.
Exciting times Jean. Good luck with the new bubba.
Thanks Jewels1900, my first port of call will be Mexico, visiting friends. Then back to London to see the new addition, I can’t wait to see her.
Many thanks
