This is another car clock. A Key Wind.
The bezel is threaded on, and is removed by turning counter clockwise, to allow access to the key winding arbor, & to set the hour & minute hands by moving clockwise with your finger.
I think this is an early 1900's clock.
Will be showing more car clocks in days to come.
