Philsy

I found this bottle between the walls of my parents home in Somerset, NJ. The home was built in 1937 and it appears workers tossed their used milk bottles between the studs. (My guess.) The bottles are from the local Paulus Dairy in New Brunswick however the cap and seal are unique since they have a reference to Rutger’s University in New Brunswick. I don’t know if this was the dairy’s standard way to identify milk to be delivered to the university or if it refers to a special occasion.
