Found these vaguely fungal - looking items very cheaply at a flea market some years ago...obviously they were once part of something, although I'm not quite certain what it was...the pegged ends suggest they fitted into a metal armature of some sort. Wee posy holders? Odd looking salts? Or some other long lost Victorian whimsy?
Whatever they are, I know they were most likely lovingly crafted in Stourbridge, & are made from pale green glass with a touch of uranium, shading up to a milky opalescent band that culminates in a trefoil top rim crested with emerald green.

They seem a little fancy for congregational use but I would suggest they were intended to hold candles.

I have two similar small glass flower shaped open ‘salts’ which sit in their own metal armature, more cup shaped than these. I will see if I can dig them out to show you. I believe they belong on a table with salt in them. These are lovely!
