This run of production was 50 movements, starting with serial number 28841 on October 1, 1860, and the end of this production ended with serial number 28890 on October 31, 1860. This watch with serial number 28887 was the 4th from the end of this run of production. The Civil War started on April 12, 1861.
The seconds hand is not correct, so I need to look for a correct one.
