Having recently come across a couple more specimens, I think these pics show my current collection of bar spoons (though it isn't impossible that there are one or two more still 'hiding' someplace?) with a couple bar forks and a ladle thrown in for good measure. :-) The longest spoon is about 12" (as is the ladle) and the smallest about 7.5".
They are all made of stainless steel, of differing manufacturers and countries of origin as well as no doubt varying age -- I've been collecting them for many years. They've come from junk stores/garage sales/etc. mostly individually, and of all of them it seems I've only ended up with two sets of 'duplicates', the short plain pair near the middle and (2 of the 3) longer twisted-handles with knob ends' near the top. (of pic #1)
The two at the bottom are old with bakelite handles (I believe) and the one pictured next to them is of fancy grained wood and is actually part of a full set of bar tools also in my collection. The spoon/fork pair (RH side, square black handles w/hooks) are likely modern examples from a broken set. (and in fact are the most recent acquisitions...) The one on the LH side is interesting for its 'mid century' handle design as well as its 'flatted' side, I don't know if that shape is intended for a specific purpose/function or not.
