Found on the beach in historic Gloucester Mass.
Stamping on neck a little difficult to read.
It is either
S.E.B. HAMMERED E.H.M.S.
Or
S.B.B. HAMMERED E.H.M.S.
The H.M. are also a bit distorted but the rest very readable
