You're all so nice & thanx so much
Karen thanks for making the distinction for me, I know they used to sell baby alligators in Florida yrs ago, never crocs who get huge & destructive. Still remember that nice guy Steve Irwin wrestling them, his show was so great & I really learned a lot about wildlife. Glad you liked the brooch
Hi Judy & Scott, he is kinda blingy isn't he, reptiles aren't my favorite thing but was thinking about Florida this time, we visited a gator farm in my youth on a vacation. Besides the rhinestones I love the pearly enamel colors
Ken that's very flattering, an unsigned KJL, I'll take it! Bought it from a vintage site online & can tell from the back it has some wear
Thank you very much for the kind words Alan, very glad you enjoyed
Malkey you really bring a ray of sunshine on a cloudy morning, thank you for the wonderful compliments & much love back to you XOXO
Laura you guessed it, as an East Coast gal you recognize my Florida longings & reminiscences! Thanks for the luv too:)

Awsome bling guy, Jenni! I'd wear him too :-)
I'm really happy you liked this Pascale, thanks so much for the compliment, you have the best reptile bling & your praise is tops
A lot of sparkly detail!
Thanks so much MrsT for your great compliment & the luv, my gator is a sparkly one & I for one like the blue-green enamel colors, sometimes I've read "blue and green, never seen" but have always loved this combination.
Many thanks for the luv Austin_p1
Thanks Mary I'm so glad you enjoyed this

Many thanks for the luv Sean it's greatly appreciated
Very pleased you liked my alligator Anna, thanks so much
Neat piece !!! I could not imagine living somewhere where there were real alligators near your back yard. Those ones scare me ......
This Brooch does not!! It is beautiful !!
Great comments & compliments Rose - I agree, brooch pretty, real gator is NOT! My stepdaughter used to live near a canal in Florida & real gators would come onto their lawn, they moved to another FL house, now the husband has to watch for snakes whenever he mows the grass! Tropical places are best visited in a nice tall hotel, not idyllic to live there
Thank you very much for the luv Austin_p1
Many thanks for the kind love pebble, it's greatly appreciated & glad you liked my gator
Thank you six-0-one for the kind love for this gator brooch, I remember falling in love with his pearly blue & green enamel colors
Cool Gator!
Can you believe it? A Gator up in my neck of the woods? It would have never survived a bitter Minnesota winter....

Wow Hoot that's so incredible! I just uploaded the story and saw the photo, the hunter guy looked so happy - says he's going to do a taxidermy combo of them (both are beautiful) - if he freezes the meat he will have some interesting Thanksgiving table complete with stories lol!!
Thanks Hoot & Malkey for the gator love, and Hoot for that excellent news piece
