    From Chicago by way of Tennessee with provenance, comes this Vintage Psychedelic 1970's self proclaimed Hippie "Evil Eye" Brooch worn as a Hat Pin. About 3" long with great period colors. Pin is made of plastic or perhaps an acrylic.
