If there is no artist name or company name stamped on back of her neck it would be pretty impossible to say who she is . These types of porcelain dolls were sold in millions during the 1980's-90s . Many were sold on home shopping TV and magazines , Some were very expensive when new but the market is flooded with them now and they have lost much value . They were sold as collector dolls and made to look in style of antique bisque dolls which were selling at record high prices so these were sold making people believe they would increase in value and the opposite happened with the internet and the selling sights that made antique dolls easier to find and they dropped in price and there was no market any more for these collector doll. A few high quality dolls like yours have retained some value and I am surprised it is not marked she likely had a hang tag . They were mass produced in Asia . Unless you can find a person with one in a box or hang tag pretty hard to identify her. These are decor pieces and were never intended to be play dolls .
