Latin Christian Music Sheet

Hi! What exactly do I have? I know it's a Latin Christian music sheet. That's why I bought it. When I was standing in line at the resale shop, a man walked in and saw it in my basket. He had such an over-the-top reaction to it. He told me that I am getting an incredible deal and "that" was his business. (I have no idea what "that" means and I didn't get the chance to ask him.) I took it out of the frame to take pictures without a glare. Including the matting, it is 20" x 15". I would like to know what impressed him so much about this music sheet. Thank you!
