This is a Chinese bowl with dragons carved on the outside. It appears to be made of some type of stone, but I am not sure what type. I'm also wondering if this could be an antique bowl. The bottom has dragon feet. Thank you for any clues.

I do not know the material, but it is very colorful. I think this is a brush washer. Great color.
Plastic + rhinestone. Contemporary Chinese. So-called "Treasure Collecting Bowl" More for decoration (i.e. for your loose changes) or fengshui display.
