I am reposting this Fritz Heckert Goblet as in the previous photographs it was on its side due to being posted from an iPad! I now have to take the photographs as I post and only in ‘landscape’ as ‘portrait’ does not post in the correct position! Along with the Goblet I have now also included a small tumbler in green glass but with the same decor, this tumbler is signed proving the Goblet (unsigned) to be a Fritz Heckert. I love the almost cartoon type take on the birds! The Goblet is approx 7” (18 cm) and the Tumbler almost 4” (10 cm).

Both are very beautiful, lovely design. I had the exact photo problem with a droid phone, it would take pix all haywire until I discovered the secret to taking photographs holding the phone sideways lol

They are beautiful, but the goblet especially so. Those applied 'claws' must have been trendy at the time.....they were used by at least one other maker.

Yes Newfld, it is a bit of a problem as you cannot ‘vet’ your photographs to pick and choose the best ones. I deleted the previous post as I felt the photographs let the Goblet down. Hopefully CW will sort this out some time soon. Thank you so much for the ‘love’ and comment. :)

Hello Peggy! The Goblet is gorgeous and is quite a weighty piece and I am quite taken with the little tumbler too! Love the ‘claws’ and prunts! Thank you for the appreciation and comment.

Hi Justanovice. I love these. I've yet to be lucky enough to come across any Fritz Heckert, they always look beautifully decorated. I used to have the same issue with photos from an iPad. Have you tried cropping photos before downloading them? Someone suggested it to me and it worked, no idea why though

Hello Vintagefran! Thank you for your comment, I do love a Fritz Heckert!! I have a few now and have been lucky enough to have picked them up very reasonably. Just keep looking one will turn up for you too I’m sure! As for the problem with my iPad, I will try the cropping of photographs as you suggest, thank you so much for that information. :)
