So....I have run out of ideas. After much discussion with Heineken, I don't know any more than I did when I bought them. The Heineken Collection does not have any information. How's that possible? Heineken logo items have to be registered with Heineken before production and sales take place to avoid losing one's shirt ( and cuff links!!) in court. I bought them in their original box at a thrift shop in Maastricht last month for 4,50 Euro. Made in the USA, as there are no Dutch or any other foreign silver marks on them, after 1990. The word "CHAIRMAN" is done with a laser. Stamped 925. Numbered, as well!

Newfld - that is what I thought, too, but Heineken has no record of these cuff links. Very strange....!!
I must say, these are some of the neatest cuff links. Jenni and Ken have said the same things I would have said. I was thinking maybe a promotional item.
