    Hi CW Gang:

Thought I would post this little treasure that I picked up at a Garage sale for a whole .25 cents. I am not sure exactly how to describ it as it appears to be a book ( Is it one of a Kind ?? ) with Artwork inside it. Ink & Water Color art on each page but when the book folds out (like an accordian) and you have a complete Horizontal scene // Picture // Story // or Artwork. The Book HAS NO WORDS at all only this artwork. I do not know what the Chinese writing on the front says at all, and I assume the total water-color is the Great Wall of china. The cover looks to be made of silk. It was Chinese people that were having the garage sale, and I feel like maybe going back there to ask them some info on this little book. I bought more than just this (some nice lamps and things) for $ 80 worth but I also grabbed some little odds & end like this.

Anyone know what to call this? Have you seen this before? I never looked to see if it was signed anywhere, unless that is what the front says in Chinese letter. For .25 cents -- this was the item that made my heart do Racing !!! Anyhow ....... HELP !!

Thanks for LOOKING // LOVING !!

Views of the Great Wall is the title. It is in the format of a continuous handscroll mounted as an accordion album. Hand-painted but not unique. You can pick these up at gift shops around the Great Wall. 80s-90s.
