Is she signed on back of neck ? She is a newer contemporary porcelain doll from 1980's -90's . Must were made in Asia for companies in US and sold on home shopping networks, magazines ect . They were not meant to be toys but collector dolls in hopes they would gain in value like Antique Bisque (Porcelain) dolls ,but the opposite happened the prices fell along with antique dolls making antique dolls affordable these dolls lot all value and the market is flooded with them . If she is signed on back of neck it would help other wise there were hundreds of companies and doll artists producing these so would be hard to say who did yours unless someone has one with a box or hang tag . She is a doll for decor and display so I would enjoy her and your grand daughter has something to remember her great grandmother . PS most of the people that bought these dolls were 50 yrs old and older .
Thank you for responding. I just uploaded what appears on the back of her head.
Thanks for adding photo :-) Yes Collectors choice sold thousands of dolls in 80's and 90's . Here is one similar to yours just different gown is all
