Could they be hooks for rug making?

Dryad manufactured weaving tools. My first thought was some sort of rug making tool. Is there a hole at the point of the tool where yarn could be threaded through the side opening and out the point? I found this booklet on weaving. Thought it might have one of your tools in it. https://www2.cs.arizona.edu/patterns/weaving/books/rn_schol.pdf At least it's a start for research. Good luck and let is know if you find more info.
