Can anyone tell me what this is for and maybe a little history on this item, value etc.silver. It’s roughly 7” high x 4” has a removable blue cobalt small bowl inside and has what appears to be a rising sun stamp, “made in Japan” and possibly a signature?
    Thank you all in advance

No size given, would like a hint? Maybe where you got it. Maybe its small and just a paperweight.

Dimensions are roughly 7” x4” has a blue cobalt removable bowl on the inside and the pattern on outside are grapes. Bottom is stamped with what appears to be a rising sun and possibly a name stamp and says made in Japan. Thanks for asking the questions my first time on this page.
