Can somebody please help me figure out do I have something worth saving here? Also is this what you would call a Double strike? Thank you in advance for your answers.

Not an expert on coin errors by any stretch of the imagination. With that caveat, you may have what the coin people call either a doubled die or a repunch mint mark error. It is uncommon but not terribly rare. Maybe worth a couple of bux. But definetly a cool find. Don't clean it at all. Bring it to a LCS (little coin shop). Trade it for a few Indian head cents. Good luck.
