Crystal Glass Ashtray - Maker ??

Hi CW Gang:

Had this for a while and never did post for an ID. Nice fluid looking small glass small bowl. The bottom has lots of wear. Maybe it was used as an ashtray too ?? Who knows. Actually I looked at it again and Yeah -- I would say an ashtray as it does have 4 slots on it.
It is about 5.5 inches across, about 2.5 inches tall, and the base is about 2 inches across. Seems to be quality old piece
