Hoping that someone can give me some insight on the value of these antique pieces. The fan is lace and mother of pearl and the fan is Victorian.

Hi, JamesBop - I can't help you with the plate, but the fan is fairly modern (1950s or newer). The leaf is machine-made lace, and the sticks are molded plastic made to resemble mother of pearl, embellished with gold and silver paint. Fans like these were often souvenirs of travel (especially travels in Spain).
